Omni Car Rental at Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Thank you for choosing Omni Car Rental at Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Pick-up Instructions
Upon arrival, proceed to Ground Transportation to board our shuttle. Terminal A/B pickup is on the first floor (zones 11-13). Terminal C pickup is at zones C277 or C278. Shuttles run every 20 mins, 24/7. Look for Omni/U-Save/Green Motion-branded white or black buses. For help, call 1(888) 501-4806.
Drop-off Instructions
All rentals must be returned to the pickup location. We provide 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport.

Rental desk: 6:00 am until 11:00 pm.
Security Deposit
$500 deposit.
Insurance/Protection Plans
All renters must provide proof of full insurance (collision & liability) to decline our protection plans. Auto policy must be U.S.-based and digitally verified via greenmotionorlando.axle.insure or through your insurance carrier’s mobile application at the time of pickup. Credit cards or 3rd-party protection plans may cover collision but not liability; if used, Liability Insurance (L.I.) at $29.99/day is required. CDW options: Gold CDW ($500 deductible) at $39.99/day or Platinum CDW ($0 deductible) at $59.99/day. Security deposit is reduced to $200 with the purchase of one of our protection plans.
Tolls
Many Florida highways use cashless tolls. We offer unlimited tolls for $13.99/day (optional). If declined and a violation occurs, you’ll be charged the toll cost + $39 admin fee per violation.
Child Seats
We offer child and booster seats for rent at $15.99/day.
Additional Drivers
You may add an additional driver for $15.99/day.
Payment
Credit cards and debit cards accepted. Debit cards require proof of full coverage and are subject to an additional daily fee up to $29/day.
Cancellations
Must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid fees (1-day charge or $50, whichever is higher).
Late Returns
All rentals are granted a 1-hour grace period. If rental is returned outside of the grace period, an additional day of rent will be assessed.
Local Renters
Must provide proof of full coverage insurance, proof of residence, and place a $1,000 security deposit. Limited to 50 miles/day; $0.59/mile overage applies. FL resident terms does not apply to 12/15 pass vans.
Age Restrictions
Drivers must be 21+; ages 21-24 will incur an underage fee of $25.99/day.
Geographical Restrictions
Rentals must remain in Florida. $1000 fee for out-of-state.
Early Termination
You may return the rental earlier than scheduled, however there will not be a reimbursement for unused days.
